Strategizing Hospitality Internship for Effective Implementation: Perspectives of Internship Coordinators

An internship is an experiential learning process where undergraduates have to undergo practical training in a chosen organization. This employed qualitative approach conducting semi-structured interviews with had experiences handling Malaysian public universities. instrument was developed based on literature review discussion experts.
